$400 per signed
12-month lease.

Refer a client to any North Crane Living property. When they sign a 12-month lease, we pay you $400 within 30 days of move-in. Brand-new, locally owned communities in Vero Beach.

How it works

Three steps.
No paperwork on your end.

We handle the tour, the application, and the lease. You get paid when the deal closes.

Send your client our way

Point them to our availabilities or submit a referral on their behalf. We'll take it from there — tour, application, lease.

Client signs a 12-month lease

Any North Crane Living property qualifies. As long as the lease term is 12 months or longer, the referral counts.

We pay $400 within 30 days

Once your client moves in, we cut a check to you within 30 days. No hoops, no clawbacks.
