Move-In Numbers

What it costs
to move in.

The full move-in breakdown for The Shoreline at 19th. No fine print, no surprise fees.

  1. Home
  2. Move-In Cost

Day One

What you pay to move in.

The Shoreline at 19th uses a standard 12-month lease. Move-in is straightforward: first month's rent, a security deposit equal to one month's rent, an application fee, and a pet deposit if it applies. That is the whole list.

First month's rent

Paid at lease signing. Specific monthly rents for current one-bedroom and two-bedroom availability are listed live on the property page.

Security deposit

One month's rent. Refundable at move-out subject to the standard inspection.

Application fee

$75 per applicant. Covers credit and background screening. Non-refundable.

Pet deposit

If you have a pet: a one-time pet deposit plus monthly pet rent. Cats and dogs welcome with standard breed and weight guidelines. Contact the team for current numbers.

Included in rent

What's covered.

  • • Water & sewer
  • • Trash & recycling
  • • Pest control
  • • Lawn care & exterior maintenance
  • • 24-hour emergency maintenance, local team

Paid separately

What residents pay direct.

  • Electric(FPL — Florida Power & Light). Typical apartment runs $90–$160/month depending on usage and season.
  • Internet (AT&T Fiber or Xfinity). Typical plans run $50–$80/month.

Icynene spray-foam insulation in every Shoreline unit keeps FPL bills meaningfully lower than they would be in a comparable older Vero apartment.

Quick Math

Worked example.

For a one-bedroom at $1,800/month with no pet:

  • • First month's rent — $1,800
  • • Security deposit — $1,800
  • • Application fee — $75
  • Total to move in — $3,675

Specific monthly rents at The Shoreline at 19th are listed live on the property page; the example above is illustrative. Pet households add the pet deposit.
