Crane Card is one shared thing across North Crane Living communities in Vero Beach. The same card and the same partners, whether you live in a 6-unit building or a 64-unit community.
Every adult named on the lease gets their own card. You don't sign up for it and you don't pay for it.
Your card is active as long as you live with us. Renew, and it keeps working. Nothing to re-apply for.
Point your phone camera at the QR code on the card. It opens your card page at card.northcraneliving.com, with the current partner list.
Show the card at the register at a Crane Card partner around Vero Beach. Each partner sets its own standing offer and fine print.
Post a service you offer, sell a bike, or start a Saturday running group. A person on our team reads every post before it goes up.
On the card

Nothing else. No last name, unit number, or phone number.

It's a courtesy for residents. It doesn't change anything in your lease.
Partners never get your personal information, only a count of how many times their offer was used. We don't sell resident data.

North Crane Living is a locally owned property manager in Vero Beach. We're looking for local shops and services our residents already visit: a coffee counter, a bike shop, a yoga studio. You run one simple offer. We point our residents to you.
Several hundred North Crane households live across Vero Beach. They get the partner list with their card and on the resident site.
No fee, no revenue share, no minimum. Your time is the only ask.
Pick an offer you're comfortable honoring for anyone who shows the card. You write the fine print.
A resident shows the card, plastic or on their phone. Scanning the QR confirms it's active. You can decline anything that looks off.
